About the Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments
Terra Hill is being developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
Formerly known as Flynn Park, Terra Hill is the project of a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. These two companies have previously collaborated on other projects, such as Ki Residences at Brookvale, Rivercove Residences, Royal Square at Novena, City View @ Boon Keng, and The Peak at Toa Payoh.
